Welcome to Cicakify. By accessing our website, purchasing our diagnostic reports, or enrolling in our amplification services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Cicakify ("we," "us," or "our") is Malaysia’s AI Brand Visibility & Amplification Partner. We are not a traditional web design agency, a software platform, or a traditional PR firm. We engineer brand authority, third-party citations, and founder visibility so that both human buyers and AI engines discover, trust, and recommend your business.

What is the primary service provided by Cicakify?

Cicakify provides two core services:

Does Cicakify guarantee #1 rankings on ChatGPT, Gemini, or Google?

No. AI language models (LLMs) and search engines continuously update their underlying retrieval algorithms. While Cicakify applies proven, executive-level e-commerce and discovery methodologies (AEO/GEO) to increase the probability of AI discovery and recommendations, we do not guarantee fixed ranking positions on third-party platforms outside our control.

Who owns the intellectual property created during an Amplify campaign?

You retain full ownership of your pre-existing trademarks, logos, and proprietary brand information. Cicakify retains ownership of its proprietary diagnostic report frameworks and templates. You receive a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use all customized copy, landing page blueprints, and content created specifically for your business upon full payment.

What is Cicakify’s refund policy for diagnostic reports and amplification services?

Because our reports and amplification packages involve bespoke strategy work, live manual research, and immediate distribution allocation, all purchases are non-refundable once report generation or content drafting has commenced.

AI Search Visibility Report™: A diagnostic service evaluating brand mentions, competitive gaps, and actionable recommendations for AI search engine discoverability.

Cicakify Amplify Packages: Execution packages consisting of strategic write-ups, founder profiling, and targeted media distribution across Cicakify-owned channels (e.g., LinkedIn network, newsletter, blog) and third-party platforms.

Amplify Monthly: A recurring subscription service focused on continuous signal creation, ongoing AI visibility re-audits, and regular distribution updates.

2. Client Responsibilities & Deliverables

Accurate Information: Clients must provide accurate business details, website URLs, and target search intents necessary for Cicakify to execute reports and content accurately.

Review & Approvals: For Cicakify Amplify packages, clients will receive drafts for review. Clients must provide feedback or approval within five (5) business days. Silence after five days will be deemed approval to publish content to maintain distribution schedules.

3. Payment Terms, Billing, & Subscriptions

One-Time Products: Fees for the AI Search Visibility Report and one-time Amplify Bundles are payable in full upfront at checkout via our Shopify store.

Recurring Subscriptions (Amplify Monthly): Monthly retainers are billed automatically every 30 days from the initial sign-up date.

Cancellation Policy: Monthly retainers can be cancelled at any time with a 14-day written notice prior to the next billing cycle by emailing cicakify@cicakify.com. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods already underway.

4. Algorithmic Disclaimer & Non-Guarantee

AI engines (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Google AI Overviews, Claude) utilize non-deterministic, proprietary algorithms that evolve unpredictably.

Cicakify optimizes the inputs—brand authority, structured data, founder presence, and third-party mentions—that AI platforms rely on to formulate answers.

Cicakify does not control third-party AI platforms and expressly disclaims any guarantee that an AI engine will answer every query with a specific client citation at all times.

5. Intellectual Property & Publishing Rights

Client Assets: The client grants Cicakify a non-exclusive license to use the client's logos, business details, and public brand information solely for drafting reports and publishing agreed amplification content.

Distribution Authorization: By purchasing Cicakify Amplify, the client grants Cicakify authorization to feature the client’s founder, business profile, and achievements on the Cicakify website, newsletter, LinkedIn network, and associated third-party channels.

Proprietary Frameworks: The formatting, diagnostic methodologies, and structure of the AI Search Visibility Report remain the exclusive intellectual property of Cicakify.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law in Malaysia and ASEAN jurisdictions, Cicakify and its founder shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages (including loss of revenue, profit, or data) arising from the use of our services or algorithmic shifts on third-party AI search engines. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client to Cicakify in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any legal disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
