Q: How secure are my files with Cicakify?
A: Your data security is our top priority. Cicakify uses industry-standard TLS/SSL encryption to protect your files during transfer and at rest. For ultimate privacy, you can also opt for our client-side encryption, where only you hold the key to your most sensitive files.
Q: Who can access my files?
A: Only you have access to your files. If you enable our enhanced client-side encryption, even we cannot view the content of your encrypted files. You control who you share your files with.
Q: Where are my files stored?
A: Cicakify utilizes highly secure data centers located in the EU and USA, adhering to strict data protection regulations.

Q: How do I sign up for a plan?
A: Simply visit the Plans page on our website to subscribe. Compare our three plans — Gecko, Skink and Komodo — and choose the one that best fits your needs. Depending on your selection, you’ll enjoy 500 GB, 2 TB or 10 TB of secure storage for your valuable files.
Q: How long does it take to activate my account after payment?
A: Your account will be activated within 1–2 working days after payment is confirmed. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your plan is ready to use.

Q: How do I access my files on Cicakify?
A: You can access your files through our web interface, our desktop applications (Windows, macOS, Linux), and our mobile apps (iOS, Android) – essentially, any device connected to the internet.
Q: Can I automatically back up photos from my phone?
A: Yes, our mobile apps feature an automatic camera upload function that instantly backs up photos and videos from your phone to your Cicakify account.
Q: Can I share files with others who don't have a Cicakify account?
A: Absolutely! You can easily generate share links for files or folders, which can be sent to anyone. You can also add password protection and expiration dates to these links for extra security.
Q: What is file versioning?
A: File versioning allows you to restore previous versions of your files. If you accidentally edit or delete something, you can always go back to an earlier saved state. This feature is included with your Cicakify plan.
Q: Does Cicakify offer an offline access feature?
A: Yes, you can mark specific files or folders for "offline access" on your mobile devices. This allows you to view and edit them even when you don't have an internet connection. Changes will sync once you are back online.
Q: How much shared link traffic do I get with my plan?
A: Each individual plan includes a specific amount of shared link traffic (e.g., 500 GB for Gecko Plan, 2 TB for Komodo Plan). This refers to the total data downloaded by others from the links you share.
